# Accessibility statement The 365 Restoration website aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA. If something on the site gets in your way, call (888) 844-7862 to report your damage by phone, and tell us about the problem at info@365restorationus.com. WCAG 2.1 is the set of accessibility rules published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Level AA covers contrast, keyboard use, text alternatives for images and more, and it is the level this site aims for. ## What we checked On October 5, 2026 we checked the pages of this site for these points: **Visible focus** Links show an orange outline when you reach them with the keyboard. **Contrast** We measured the site's text colors with the WCAG formula. Body text, links and button labels reach at least 4.5 to 1 against their background, with one exception listed under known limits. **No sideways scrolling** Pages fit the screen at 360, 768 and 1440 pixels wide, with no sideways scrolling. **Text alternatives** Photos have alternative text. The repeated logo in the footer and the decorative icons are hidden from screen readers. **Reduced motion** If your device is set to reduce motion, animations stop and the photo sequence on the home page turns into a still grid. **Text without JavaScript** All the text is in the page itself, so all of it is there with JavaScript turned off. **Page language** Each page says whether it is in English or Spanish, so screen readers use the right voice. ## Known limits - We have not yet tested the site with screen readers or with people who use assistive technology. - We have not yet reviewed how the two forms, report the damage and free inspection, work with only a keyboard. ## Report a barrier If any part of this site gets in your way, tell us. Email [info@365restorationus.com](mailto:info@365restorationus.com?subject=Accessibility) with the subject “Accessibility”, or call [(888) 844-7862](tel:+18888447862). Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and what got in the way. If the problem stops you from reporting damage, call us and we take the report by phone.
