This policy covers the website of 365 Restoration US LLC and its two forms. We use what you send to call you back about your damage, and only 365 Restoration US LLC can open it.
Today the site uses no outside tool to measure visits, show ads or send notices.
What the forms collect
The site has two forms. Each one asks only for what the on-call team needs to call you back.
- Report the damage: ZIP code, type of damage, when it happened, name and phone.
- Free inspection: ZIP code, name and phone.
When you send either form, it also saves these details, which you do not type:
- the page where you sent the form, the page of this site where your visit started, and the address of the website that sent you here, if any;
- campaign codes from the link that brought you here, if it had any: utm tags, gclid and fbclid (click codes that ad platforms and social networks add to their links);
- your IP address, saved with your consent;
- your browser's user agent, a line of text that names your browser and type of device;
- how long the page was open before you sent the form;
- the version and the full text of the consent you checked, with the date and time.
Why we use it
- ZIP code, type of damage and when it happened: so the on-call team knows where you are and what happened before they call you.
- Name and phone: to call you back about your request, and to send you text messages if you agreed to them.
- Pages, the website that sent you and campaign codes: to learn which pages, websites and ads bring requests, so we spend on the ones that work.
- Consent record and IP address: to keep proof of what you agreed to and when.
- User agent and time on the page: to find technical problems and to spot automated spam.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Your request is saved in a database on Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and runs that database for us.
Only 365 Restoration US LLC can open the requests saved there.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling.
Outside tools
None today. Nothing you do here is shared with an analytics or advertising company, and if we add a tool, it will be named here with what it receives.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not set cookies of our own.
The site saves these items in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage):
- the first page you visit and the address of the website that sent you;
- campaign codes in the link that brought you here, if any;
- the ZIP code as you type it, so it is not lost if your signal drops;
- a one-time code that stops a form from being sent twice.
They stay on your device and are erased when you close the tab. If you send a form, the page and campaign details go with your request.
Calls and text messages
Both forms have a consent box that starts unchecked. If you check it, you agree that 365 Restoration US LLC may call you and send you text messages about your request at the number you gave, including with automated technology. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.
We save the exact text you agreed to, its version, the date and time, and your IP address. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any of our texts. You can also take back your consent at any time by email at info@365restorationus.com or by phone at (888) 844-7862.
Your rights in Texas

- Correct data that is wrong.
- Delete your data.
- Get a copy of the data you gave us, in a format you can reuse.
- Opt out of targeted advertising, of the sale of your data, and of profiling that leads to decisions with legal or similarly serious effects on you.
